AI Readiness Assessment
Eleven short steps that adapt as you answer them. No sales call required, no obligation — at the end you get a tailored view of where we would start and why.
Most questions are one tap. Beyond your goals, industry, size, name, email and your OK for us to reply, everything is optional, and you can leave and come back — your answers are kept in this browser until you submit.

What the AI Readiness Assessment Asks About
The questions branch on your goals, so you only see the ones that matter to you.
What you want from AI
“Get our team using AI well”, “Fix or automate something specific”, “Build something and find out if it works” or “Not sure yet — help us work it out” — pick any that apply. The rest of the questions follow from that choice.
Your organisation
Your industry, your size (1–50, 51–250 or 250+ people) and how many of your people AI would actually touch.
The work in question
For training: who needs it (executives & board, managers, frontline staff and IT & technical) and how it should be delivered. For automation: where the week goes — document & data entry, reporting & spreadsheets, email & client communication, scheduling & planning and more — and which systems hold that work. For a prototype: what it needs to prove — “That it can be done at all”, “That it is worth funding”, “Whether to build or buy” or “That it beats how we do it now” — and whether sample data can be shared.
AI already in use
Which tools people already use — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude or others — and whether that use is official or people doing it on their own.
Constraints
Anything that limits which tools you can use: “Client contracts or NDAs”, “IT or security policy”, “Regulated data (health, financial, personal)” and “Data has to stay in Canada”. This changes the recommendation more than any other answer.
Timing and success
Where the push is coming from, how far along you are (from “just exploring” to “already started, need help”), when you want something in place, and what would make it obviously worth it six months from now.
What You Get at the End
- Up to three recommended services, each with the plain-English reason your answers point to it.
- An example of what AI can look like for your industry and size, and what peers are seeing.
- How long engagements at your size have typically run — context for a conversation, not a quote.
- A link into the free AI ROI calculator, already filled in with your organisation’s details.
- Reading related to what was recommended.
- A copy of the summary by email.

Is the AI readiness assessment free?
Yes. It is free, with no obligation and no sales call required. You see your results on screen at the end, and a copy arrives by email.
How long does the assessment take?
About three minutes. It is eleven short steps, most answered with a single tap, and the questions adapt to what you are trying to achieve. Your answers are kept in your browser until you submit, so you can leave and come back.
What do I have to answer?
Only three questions are required — what you want from AI, your industry and the size of your organisation — plus a name, a work email and your OK for us to use your answers to reply. Everything else is optional, although more answers make the recommendation more specific.
Does it give me an AI readiness score?
No. Instead of a numeric score, it recommends where to start and explains why. If you want to score your organisation yourself across ten readiness dimensions, use our 10-point AI readiness checklist.
Open the 10-point AI readiness checklistWho is the assessment for?
Business owners, executives, managers and technical leads deciding where AI should start — at organisations from 1–50 people to 250+ people. It is tailored for Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare & Pharma, Retail & E-Commerce, Professional Services (Legal, Consulting), Sports Associations & Entertainment and Food & Beverage, and works for other industries too.
How is this different from a full AI readiness assessment engagement?
This is a quick, self-serve starting point. A consulting readiness engagement goes much deeper: stakeholder interviews, analysis of your data landscape, competitive benchmarking and a prioritized implementation roadmap.
